I have thoughts made by a private company. The best would be the fact that I can to do my own thing without being dependent on others. I do not judge me and can do what I want. I alone am responsible for and I am my own boss. Wrong with a company give me for not really go bankrupt unless I run it or just not good which leads to closure of my company. On the question if I love a staff or an entrepreneur would answer the following: I would therefore prefer an entrepreneur, because then I could take everything into their own hands. Der schwerste teil bei der Gründung war das organisatorische,was heute ganz anders ist,denn nun ist für ihn der schwerste teil das finanziell alles auf die reihe zu bekommen. In seinem unternehmen erzielt er durch Verkauf von Wasserpfeifen, Bongs und vieles mehr Gewinn. Das meiste was er an seinem Unternehmen mag ist das er nicht abhängig on the whim of other people's.
