my interview I had with an owner of a small Blümenladchens.
The owner founded her company in 2003. She decided against because of the impending unemployment which it has influenced. The business is an old-established enterprise that they inherited from their former boss (employer). The most difficult part in setting up was to get the loan to take over the business to buy the long hours (12-13 hours) and the decision is right for the customer. With the sale of cut and potted flowers, ceramics and gift items she is profitable. The great thing is it's own in a company can they freely, has no superior, creative work and the nice customer.
