Nachdem Jonas und m
ir während den drei Wochen zusammen mit den anderen Freiwilligen aufgefallen ist, wie bescheiden wir doch hier in Kyela leben, haben wir uns dazu entschlossen, langsam etwas Luxus in unser Leben hier fließen zu lassen.
Luxus natürlich nicht wie in Deutschland, aber einige Dinge machen einem das Leben doch um einiges einfacher hier.
1) Kühlschrank nutzen: Seit Anfang Dezember haben wir jetzt einen Kühlschrank bei uns im Esszimmer stehen. Damit kann man natürlich viele tolle Dinge anstellen. Alleine bei den Temperaturen hier immer kühles Trinkwasser zu haben ist schon echt angenehm.
Doch nicht nur Wasser steht bei uns im Kühlschrank...
2) Frischer Saft. Saft zu kaufen ist irgendwie ziemlich teuer, denn es gibt ihn meist in einem der 3 kleinen Supermärkte hier in Kyela. Früchte here are indeed very güngstig and as Anna the art masters from pineapple, banana and papaya or avocado juice to produce a very refreshing, we have always eien morning breakfast juice.
3) soda. Also for soda, so Fanta, Coke and Co. always room in our fridge. As we are now always buy an entire case, we do not even remember much of drastic Preisanstig the 0.35 bottle in the restaurant by 20 percent to 30 cents. What could be better than completely drenched in sweat and tired of coming home and at first to drink a cold Fanta?
4) marmalade. Also plenty of room for jam is there, homemade of course. 4 kilos of fruit, Jonas and I now processed into jam, one mango and one pure mango and pineapple, very tasty, even if the perfect blend of lime juice and sugar is still not found by us.
5) bread. Who's jam, of course, must also eat bread. Normally there is only bread in Tanzania, but also because Anna helps us strong, giving us fresh bread baking.
6) milk. Recently, we also have the opportunity to get fresh milk. Which is then boiled and enjoyed either hot or cold. The idea to buy cocoa is already there, not yet accomplished.
7) The final touch of milk and an air bridge is, there is the idea of \u200b\u200bpudding, of course, not far away. Pudding. Real delicious pudding with homemade beater (from a plastic bottle) beat until creamy. Really a delicious luxury.
Maybe I need to return to Germany is not so much but get used again.
